To ensure success and retention of our MindPower Proficiency skills the courses listed below are all person to person training and not pre-recorded.
MENTAL STRENGTH CARE KIT
DURATION: ONE HOUR

THREE POWER HOURS
DURATION: THREE, ONE HOUR TRAINING SESSIONS
When we put our mind to it it is incredible what we can learn. Working with us for just three one-hour sessions online will give you some amazing tools, specific to you, to give you mental strength.
Each hourly session will give you skills which are the foundation for you to have strong mental health. In addition to this you will learn techniques specific to you, your pillars which, when executed into your daily life, will give you the knowledge and ability to manage the changes successfully.
10 DAY BOOT CAMP
DURATION: TWO, HALF HOUR TRAINING SESSIONS EACH DAY
Each day is divided into three sections. The first online session on Day One is for one hour and the last on Day 10 is also one hour however, the online sessions in between are for just 30 minutes.These 30 minute sessions are scheduled each morning and each afternoon/evening at a time to suit you.
In addition to this we work together to produce a Personal Choice Session which you initiate yourself in the middle of each day. This will take approximately 15 minutes.
ACTIVATE YOUR MENTAL STRENGTH – CPD Certificated
DURATION: ONE, TWO HOUR TRAINING SESSION
Learning the skills for mental strength to cover:
- Self, Awareness & Emotions
- Evaluation, Boundaries & Communication
- Authenticity & Relationships
To further install the skills an optional two, half hour, follow up sessions are available which are to be taken within six months of the initial course.
STRENGTHEN YOUR MIND – CPD Certificated
DURATION: TWO HOUR TRAINING SESSIONS. Four levels available.
What does a strong mind mean to you? It’s a crucial job that a” spark plug”/your mind has. If they are not working properly they won’t emit the spark needed to succeed in business and personally.
- Knowledge of the mind and how it works
- Understanding of the mind and how it works
- Apply mental strength skills in the work place and personally
- Analyse mental strength skills in the work place and personally
If choosing to complete all four, two-hour training sessions, they must be taken within a year of the initial course.
To further install the skills an optional, half hour, follow up session is available which is to be taken within six months of the initial course and prior to any following course levels.
