THE FOUNDATION TO MENTAL STRENGTH

  • This is game changing training day in a traditionally reactive society towards the mind. The skills you will learn are proactive and a huge benefit to businesses, schools and colleges, families and your local community.
  • Located at our beautiful Outdoor Centre in The South Downs National Park you will be learning MindPower Proficiency skills through our registered behaviour model The Transformation Triangle.

LEARNER OBJECTIVES:

  • Have the knowledge of what mental strength gives you
  • Understand how mental strength works
  • Analyse the skills learned from sport, animals and nature for mental strength
  • Evaluate themselves to implement the skills in your day to day lives
  • Create a way forward for yourself to be mentally strong

On this course we give you knowledge, teach you how to apply it, and create a set of skills specific to you utilising sports, animals, nature.  Whilst our facilities are the perfect environment to learn these proactive techniques, we are passionate about ensuring that the skills learned on the course will work for you in your situation.

Using The Awareness Keys’ registered behaviour model The Transformation Triangle a client is taught how to ACT:

  • Learn Awareness from the mind
  • Challenge your mind and others
  • Transform the mind to become mentally strong

MOVING FORWARD

On completion of this course you will have the perfect foundation skills to use from day to day and, when implemented, you will have a more resilient mind allowing you to be more successful in your life through MindPower Proficiency.
